I offer full real estate services (same as traditional realtors), but at a discount commission. I always get full cooperation from the buyers’ realtors. Therefore, why pay more for the same services?

*The commission is based on the sale price of your home and it starts from $7,950. The commission that we charge is divided equally between the realtor representing the seller and the realtor representing the buyer. You have the flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer agent if you want. This isn’t necessary though, as we have full cooperation of traditional realtors, but it’s an option if you want it. Below is the commission calculation:

  • If your home is under $400,000, you will pay $7,950. Example: for a home that is $300,000, the commission will be $7,950.
  • If your home is between $400,000 and $900,000, you will pay $9,950. Example: for a home that is $600,000, the commission will be $9,950.
  • If your house is over $900,000, you will pay 1% of the sale price plus $950 for disbursements. Example: for a home that is $2,000,000, the commission is $20,000 (which is 1%), plus $950 disbursements, which equals $20,950.
