Our commission is structured based on your property’s selling price: a flat fee of $7,950 for homes under $400,000, $9,950 for homes between $400,000 and $900,000, and 1% of the sale price plus $950 for homes over $900,000. Here’s a more detailed explanation of the commission structure:
