Commission Charged by One Percent Realty
Our commission structure is based on the selling price for your home, as per below:
- For homes under $400,000:
The commission is a flat fee of $7,950. For example, if your home sells for $390,000, the commission will be $7,950. - For homes between $400,000 and $900,000:
The commission is a flat fee of $9,950. For instance, if your home sells for $600,000, the commission will be $9,950. - For homes over $900,000:
The commission is 1% of the sale price plus $950. For example, if your home sells for $2,000,000, the commission will be $20,000 (1%) plus $950, amounting to $20,950.
